At Flow Fitness Academy, we believe that qualifying as a Yoga Teacher is only the beginning of your journey. Whilst your diploma provides you with the knowledge, practical skills and nationally recognised qualification to teach, we understand that developing the confidence to guide real students within an authentic studio environment is where true growth begins.
The Way is home to one of Oxford's most respected holistic yoga communities, founded by our French-born Yoga Mentor Romi, whose calm, compassionate approach, artistic creativity and deep respect for mindful living are reflected in every aspect of her teaching. Her beautifully curated studio offers a welcoming sanctuary where yoga is shared with kindness, authenticity and genuine connection. As both an experienced teacher and accomplished photographer, she brings creativity, attention to detail and a unique perspective to every class and every student she mentors.
This exclusive four-week mentorship has been created for graduates wishing to deepen their practical teaching experience within a real, independent yoga studio. You will observe live classes, gain valuable insight into establishing and running a successful holistic studio, and gradually experience the rhythm of professional teaching in a supportive environment. It is an opportunity to bridge the gap between qualification and confident teaching while learning from an established and highly respected studio owner.
Due to the personal nature of this experience, places are intentionally kept very limited. Each mentorship is offered carefully to ensure the right fit for both the graduate and the studio environment, preserving the welcoming and nurturing ethos that makes this experience so special. This is not simply additional training it is a bespoke professional development opportunity designed for those who genuinely wish to immerse themselves in holistic yoga teaching.
On successful completion, graduates will receive a Flow Fitness Academy Certificate of Continuing Professional Development (CPD), recognising their additional mentoring experience and commitment to professional growth.
