Our Yoga and Pilates tutors and assessors within the well-being industry bring together a wealth of professional experience, specialist training, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, mindful movement education.

As active industry professionals, our tutors bring current knowledge, practical experience, and valuable mentorship to every learning experience. Each member of the team is carefully selected not only for their technical expertise, but also for their ability to create a supportive, focused, and inspiring learning environment. Together, they uphold the standards and ethos of Flow Fitness Academy, ensuring every student receives thoughtful guidance, professional support, and an exceptional learning experience.

Victoria Shore

Director and Head Teacher

Sports Science graduate turned movement specialist, with years in the fitness industry spanning rehab, neurological exercise, and advanced training pathways.

Level 5 PT and Level 3 Diploma in Pilates, with over 17 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for Pilates (inspired by Joseph Pilates), strength training, and core-focused movement from mat work to springboard, bands to weights.

Also bringing energy through dance aerobics and exercise-to-music (Level 3 certified), alongside many years teaching Kaiser Spin.

Blending funky beats with mindful movement, I’m all about that mind–body connection, helping you feel stronger, move better, and reset your day.

Oxford born with upbringing and my roots in the Seychelles, bringing global experience back to my local community.

Founder of Flow Fitness Academy Oxford, delivering YMCA Level 3 Diplomas in Pilates & Yoga, plus CPD workshops to upskill instructors in breathwork, physio-based training, and functional movement.

Kamila Nigmatulina

Deputy Head Teacher

Kamila is an experienced wellness and movement educator with over 10 years within the health, fitness, and holistic wellbeing industry. As Deputy Teacher of the Flow Fitness Academy, she brings exceptional professionalism, warmth, and expertise to both teaching and mentoring students within the academy environment.

Her extensive background spans yoga, Pilates, barre, restorative movement, strength-based conditioning, and specialist wellbeing practices, allowing her to support a wide range of clients and learners with confidence and care.

Alongside her practical teaching experience, Kamila holds an impressive academic background including a BSc (Hons) in Management Science, an MSc in Management Science, an MPhil in Innovation, Strategy and Organisation, and a PhD from the University of Oxford.

This unique combination of academic achievement and hands-on industry experience gives her an in-depth understanding of human performance, wellbeing, communication, and professional development.

Known for her warm, friendly personality and infectious positive energy, Kamila creates welcoming and inclusive spaces where individuals feel motivated, supported, and inspired. Her teaching style blends fun, mindfulness, and technical precision, making every session engaging whilst maintaining the highest professional standards. Passionate about helping others grow in confidence, strength, and self-awareness, she is deeply committed to delivering a holistic approach to movement and wellbeing.

Meg

Learner Support Tutor & Wellbeing Educator

Megan brings a unique blend of educational experience, learner support and wellbeing knowledge to Flow Fitness Academy Oxford.

As a qualified English Language Teacher with extensive experience teaching learners from diverse backgrounds both in the UK and internationally, she is passionate about helping individuals develop confidence, communication skills and a positive approach to learning.

Alongside her teaching career, Megan has explored a wide range of wellbeing practices through international study and travel, gaining valuable experience in mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and holistic wellbeing. Her experiences in countries including Ecuador, India, Panama and Mexico have deepened her understanding of personal development, cultural awareness and learner wellbeing. Within Flow Fitness Academy Oxford, Megan supports learners with English language development, communication skills, study skills and academic confidence.

She also contributes to learner support activities, helping students navigate their educational journey and achieve their full potential. Megan is particularly passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming learning environment where every learner feels valued, supported and encouraged to succeed. Her calm, friendly and approachable nature helps learners build confidence and develop the skills needed for both personal and professional growth.

Abi Avery

Student Liason

As well as being the Student Liason for Flow Fitness Academy Oxford, Abi is also a marketing manager and freelance creative. She set up Avery Creative, a creative collective specialising in photography, website design, and marketing.

Abi holds a BA (Hons) in Photography and an MSc in Creative Advertising from Edinburgh Napier University. While she has experience working with major brands, she set up Avery Creative to support small to medium-sized businesses. She also holds a foundation-level qualification in Yoga and enjoys training for triathlons.
